Different conditioners will work better than others dependent on quality of diesel fuel you are getting. By luck you might be using the right conditioner appropriate to the particular fuel needs. Lubricity is most important, detergent, cetane, etc.

I continue to get approx 1mpg lower than the power service product. I buy my fuel from Wal-Mart which I believe has a very good fuel turnover rate. people are always there filling their diesels there. I'm probably going to switch back to power service.

Lucas extreme for winter use, no gell -20 f on # 2 diesel fuel. Also have used Howes/ Power Service/ Marvel/. I find Lucas to be the best for winter use.
