lots of smoke no power

i have a 2005 3/4ton cummins. over the last two days it has been smoking like CRAZY with no power, high egt's and will not build more than 12 pounds of boost. turbo shot? i pulled the k&n filter off and looked in the turbo and tried to move the propeller, its tight with no play at all. cant see any of the intercooler boots unhooked or torn. the truck barely has 100,000 on it. i need a little help any advice??

You say its tight, does it spin easily by hand? Sure sounds like a boost leak or turbo problem.

I agree on WHAT COLOR IS THE SMOKE???? That will help a lot. if its a lot of black I agree with what was said above. if it is white to gray I can see a injector problem possibly

also agree on above
i forgot to tighten an intercooler clamp once, barely drove and just rolled out black smoke. could be a hole in a line or clamp, or intercooler its self
