Losing fuel???

Losing fuel???
i have an '03 2500 and it will act like its not getting fuel when you press the accelerator. 6 spd man. seems like it mostly will do it after you let it idle for a few minutes. then the idle speed started to increase to about 1200. its giving me 2 codes; p2121 and p2122. already changed the fuel filter. any advice and what do those codes mean?
