The brakes only stick for a few seconds before releasing. And it seems to be greatly reduced when the vehicle is in the air. The other thing that makes this so hard to diagnose is the fact it can go for a week or more with out happening and then its back. I also feel a slight pulsing in the pedal right before the I notice the brakes sticking. Almost feels like a very small drop in pedal pressure but it regains almost instantly. The last time I had the truck in the air (jack stands) and on the accelerator I got it up to about thirty miles an hour and slowly applied the brakes I could notice the rear tires slowing down equally then one tire would almost stop and then pick back up a little speed before coming back to a complete stop but my foot never released any pressure in fact I continued to apply pressure to the brake. I'm trying to give you guys any and every little detail. Thanks for the help.

Sounds more like antilock control valves sticking and not dumping pressure to rear brakes. Read the attached Recall it might apply to your truck. Call any dealership and have your vin numbers ready to verify if Recall has been done already.
