Lose boost then it's back
Please help if you can
All stock 2004.5
While towing 14000lb trailer boost reached 27lbs and the went to zero
took my foot out, stepped back in had boost
Happened repeatedly.
If I kept the boost at 25 or less no problem
I suspect waste gate or waste gate control
Was able to make it happen when I was unhooked from trailer but it didn't drop out until I held 30 lbs for a few seconds.
I've got about 45000 miles on it. It never happened til yesterday. I've towed over the Rockies and other long hard pulls but it never hapened before.
