hello,

have been thinking about getting rid of my 2001. looking at 2500 with manufacture date of 12/--/04. i assume this is not the 2004.5 that i read about? also is the 48re i read about the auto transmission? this truck shows on the window sticker 610 ft of tq so i also assume it would be 325 hp?

i know my 2001 but am learning about the newer ones.

Build date of December last year would be a 610.

January of 2004 is when they started putting in 610's. You'll be hard pressed to find a 305/555 at a dealer.
