Looking for mechanic/shop in Phoenix metro area.

I have an 06 2500 Cummins and am looking for a good mechanic/shop in the northern part of the Phoenix metro area (I live in the Cave Creek/Carefree area if that means anything to anyone) although I would gladly drive a bit more for someone better. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Blackwell Automotive, 40th St and Greenway Rd, Phoenix 85032. This is not a diesel only shop, but they have a diesel specialist. I have used them for my gas vehicles as well as my 2004.5 Ram diesel truck. I have known the service manager for well over 3 decades, and have followed him on the occasions when he moved to a different shop. This because he is honest, fair, and competent, and won't sell me a fix that I don't need. If you don't live clear across the Valley, they will give you a ride if needed.

I'll send you a PM with more info.

ADT automotive. Cross streets 19th Ave north of Deer Valley. They don't just work on diesels. They have done me right over the years on all my vehicles

I recently went to Pro Diesel on 19th Ave.

11441 N 19th Ave., Suite 10, Phoenix, AZ 85029

I had a really good conversation with the owner of the shop and he was forthcoming on everything... I felt really good about this place and since sent my neighbor there who also feels the same way.

Flat Diag fee of $40... and the labor rate was reasonable.. (Can't remember exactly what it was)
