Looking at 07 5.9 mega cab leftover, what's the highway mileage between 3.73 and 4.10

I can make my mileage go down to 15 if I drive it hard. If I drive it like I normally do I get 17mpg avg (50% highway and 50% around town). Don't blame the 5.9 as it is the driver that is USUALLY the cause of poor mileage.
My '03 305/555 got between 15 and 19mpg, even with a Kore Chase suspension and 35" Toyo MT's. Yes, it was a manual, but I drove the snot out of it. I was on the throttle all the time. More so than with the current auto.

I'm about to throw some 35's on this one. I better hurry and get a Smarty so I can finish off the stock tranny...

Well I got tired of the game the dealership was playing. They had added roughly 700 dollars of aftermarket additions and wanted almost 1800 for them. I also fund out that the truck that was to be there was sold a week ago so it was only the mega cab with the 4.10 left and basically they wouldn't budge on the price. The truck was built 10/06. It was basically the same deal as buying an 08 truck. ****** I drove out and on the way home stopped at a chvy dealership and was looking for a diesel 4wd crewcab with a front bench seat. Window sticker 2 grand more than the mega cab and I got it for 35 dollars less a month and it's the new body style.

What I found interesting is that the dodge dealership was asking me if I wanted a 2007 dodge quad cab with the 3.73 rears and 5.9 cummins. What's most interesting is that they had sold it the night before since I saw the deal get closed as I was waiting for my saleman.

FYI I know where there are two 5.9 dodge cummins left in allentown. Rothrock auto, but good luck.

I'd trade in a heartbeat for 4.10's.
