Leaf Springs?

I had a 01 Ram 2500 4x4 Cummins quad cab and I bought a new 06 ram 2500 4x4 quad cab diesel. I tow a Caterpillar skidsteer, and on my 06 it sags way more than my 01 why?? It's the same trailer and skidsteer, Can I get some helper springs or something other than airbags to stiffen the rear springs up more? Thanks!

What's wrong with airbags? You could install Superspring. It's a helper spring.

I've had great luck with airbags, the cost was reasonable, install was easy, and they worked.

The leaf springs on your 06' are longer than your 01's. The longer leaf springs on the 06' allow for better handling in the corners, hence the reason the 06' does not have a rear swaybar like your 01' does. The longer leaf springs also provide better/smoother wheel travel but causes the rear to sag more do to the softer ride. Put some Timbrens on and forget about it.
