Rear Leaf Springs Squeak

Anybody have a suggestion on how to get the leafs to stop squeaking. It's not terrible and I cant here it at speed but when driving in residential areas they squeak when Im not hitched up.<br><br>RT

You might try some dry lube between the leafs. I'm pretty sure that is what the dealer did to mine when I complained about it while having other stuff done.

Dunno what year your truck is, but if it's still under warranty, there is a TSB for your problem. It involves replacing the clamps on the spring packs along with a liner that goes between the clamp and spring. Sorry I can't provide the number, maybe someone else can. Any Dealer should be able to access it without a problem.
