Took my truck back to woodhouse today in Blair maybe some of ya know them. Over all they have done me great. Its there for paint work. I just called them up with a few problem on delivery and no questions they are repainting the truck. So im like yeppie. I run to the service to have the vib checked and mileage ( runnin around 14 at 60 mph) The guy at the desk says too bad but well check out the vib for ya. Im like Too bad? Too bad? So I go out to the lot. TIme to get rid of this thing. and from what i hear the Vib cant be fixed so well see what happens. ANd ill make sure i know how they fixed it if they do

Anyway i hear my name yelled out My salesman of like 2 months ago remembers me ( at woodhouse this suprises me. WHen i called for my ram they had 178 2500 3rd gen diesels 4x4s So they must have a few sales haha. anyway i tell him my difficulty and hes like well its not quite broken in but you should be doing better than 14. Im like no kidding break in is only good for 2 or so mpg so now im talkin 15-16 So he Goes some where and pulls up in a 2005 im all Identical truck. Its topped off to my liking and we go for a 60 mi drive. Overhead ran 19.2 at 68 (cruise was set on the same road i took there) Hand calc took showed us 19.4

Anyway we took our findings ( salesman and myself) to service and hes like well mine gets 12 hwy so if you get 14 feel blessed Im not gonna look at it.

So im a lil mad. Salesman told me hed take care of it and if he cant we can change up the truck for one that runs correctly.


Might be smokin a lil much every week or so i have to clean the rear corner off from the soot Purty good for a air friendly truck

 

Ya Ive heard good things abought them. I wish I would have known abought them last spring when I bought my 04.5. A few people I know have bought vehicles from them. One of them said that they where told by a salesman that they move 800-850 vehicles a month. I would imagine thats between all three locations but thats still a lot of cars. I get around 16 empty at 60-65.

 

My freind has 2 trucks heading for Buy-Back because the vibration before you buy another take it up to speed on a smooth road and be sure. They can be fixxed but it seems it's beyond Dodges 5-stars dealers ability.
