just checking....

before I spin this thing on my engine, just want to double check the part number...
LF3972 for an '04 305/555 oil filter...

along the lines of measure twice, cut once....

The LF3972 will work just fine, however I prefer the LF16035 (Stratapore). The Stratapore supposedly has a higher grade filter media.

Paint it grey and it will be identical to what your local Dodge dealer's parts department will sell you.

A also use the allegedly superior stratopore filter media in the LF16035 filter.
