Yeah, I would have expected worn injectors to cause starting problems when hot first, but my friend who bought my 03 had cold starring issues, and I've heard of others.

The filter mounted lift pump is known to fail, but I thought when they went they generally blocked all fuel flow and gave a won't start at all?

Anyway I'm curious how do you isolate the return flow from the injectors without the test fittings?
