You need an isolator, not a snubber. The snubber won't hurt, but is not necessary on these style LP's.

An isolator is nothing more than a hose, (grease gun hose is common, I use 1/2" pushlok) that keeps the sender from receiving engine vibrations.

This is what "most" ppl call an isolator. If your gauge is electronic, no, you don`t need one of these. I don`t think you`ll need a hose either since you already have a snubber.

Here`s a good link to a 3 gauge install with plenty of pics

Well I got my gauge in the mail but it has no hose in the box and I also have the snubberthat should screw into by fuel line at the Injector pump I think? And should I place the sender unit right to the snubber or order a hose and attache it along the firewall? If so where is a good place to order the hose I am having trouble finding it. I found one kit on jegs it was 41057 Braided stainless steel machaincal gauge hose kit for 24.99 3ft long with adapters and one of them look like my snubber sort of, so another question is if I by this kit do I use my snubber and the adapeter in the kit becuase the hose is female ends on both ends so the snubber is male/female?

That is an isolator for a mechanical gauge. An isolator for a electrical gauge is just a piece of hose. The snubber doesn't do the same thing. A snubber dampens fuel psi fluctuations. An Isolator isolates the sender from the motor vibrations.

Go to your local parts store and get a grease gun hose. Cheap, easy, effective.

Use it as an isolator hose.

Ok call me silly but that didnt answer my question, any more details, will the hose be used between the sender unit and inj pump with the fuel running thru it or as a mount assist and how, sorry for so many questions first time for everything....

Connect one end of the hose to the tapped banjo bolt on the CP-3, connect the sending unit to the other end of the hose to use as an isolator.

Look at where you want the sender to be and where you can zip tie the hose to a harness or something else. That will tell you how long the hose needs to be. Usually the 18" will suffice to get the sender out of the way.
