Hi I have an 03 3500 auto cummins. What is the safest way to boost fuel mileage hp ? Do I have a silencer ring in my motor?? Thanks

Your silencer ring is on you turbo, and I do believe that you do have one. you should be able to take off you intake tube from the front of you turbo and see the c ring.
