Sounds like Dr. DIZZLE is onto it...Can a man rebuild his own injectors? How specialized is the tooling to do that? I hate to replace all of them if I can rebuild them myself in this economy. How can an individual test the injectors himself? I get that the high psi will wear away a path or "wash out" the injector.

Where is the overflow valve? Does it have a sensor or switch to check?

It's more involved than that

The coils are tested, they are ultrasonicly cleaned and more.

You can probably get replacements on exchange by now

The only test I know of is to block off each injector one at a time and see if it will start. Use the tool that can be gotten from Geno's.

There is a way to do an ohm check on each injector as well to test.

Search the 3rd gen area for these topics.

They didn't go to the tank from the factory until at least 05.

It seems unreasonable that one injector would keep the engine from starting or that all the injectors went south at the same time. Lose the Banks, check all the connections and wiring first. Get the truck back to stock before trying to find the problem.

Bypassed Banks Six Gun & Speed Loader with Banks (OEM) bypass plug for the system and the truck still cranks but will not fire up. Being "bypassed" the tuner shows "faulty fuel rail input signal" and "faulty manifold absolute psi input signal. With that said, the fuel psi on the truck should be good or it would sense a fuel psi issue when the system is fully functioning correct??? The engine...after being ran when hot or mostly warm will start but it's alot slower to fire. The Banks system being totally removed the truck only cranks.

Have you unplugged the grid heater on the pass side battery and then tried a small shot of ether into the intake?? to see if it starts??

I bought a meter and will check the heater. Going to get an injector "plug or block-off" tool to go down that avenue as well. More to follow. Thanks again gentlemen!
