ignition hot source

Installing pillar mounted gauges just about done only one problem.
trying to find an ignition hot source .. for the transmission sensor..

any idea where i could tie into one ..would like to get it finished tonight

on mine I used the empty fuse space where the fuse for the rear window defroster was works great.

I think fuse #25 was a good one to tie into. It was ignition hot, but check it first with a volt meter to make sure. I am not co-located with my truck so I can't run out and check it for you...

Check to see if your cell phone charger, guessing you have one, only comes on when you turn on the Ign, while plugged into the Cig lighter. If so just tap into that fuse
