All I know is I just gone done watching a HIGHLY tuned lil green truck set a world 1/8th mile record and I couldnt see him the whole run

Sorry I asked...Just my personal opinion here but to have your truck look like a gasser that has blown it's head is not that cool in my opinion, but I guess I am on the wrong site to have that train of though.

I personally would rather burn...or in this case unburn or waste the fuel rather than the tires. Only cost about $80 to fill a tank 10 times that for tires.

I was joking about that ...but I personally would rather not smoke at all (fuel or tires) and have the power to pull what ever I want at the same time, while getting desent fuel milage. That is why I got my diesel..but that again...is just me

well bud, when theres talk about smoke around here, its usually Black, and thats what some go for. White, as in blown head gasket/cracked head is the kind that isn't cool. Now if my poor old truck was puffin white, which it has been known to do, that sucks. We're talkin about big bad black raw fuel smoke. And there aint no need to be tense we've all got opinions

without depriving the motor for air(blocking air intake mostly), and without possibly damaging your(his) fuel system, there is one way to send a thick black cloud, but only once in a while....Drive it for about 100-200miles at 60mph, don't get on it at all, then really get on it, poof big black cloud!!! Thats all from experience and $ after $ lost! But for the most part, yes you would need a box/programmer of some sort.

I'd much rather use that unburnt fuel to get a few more miles down the highway

Bah! Anyone can make their truck smoke with a tuner box. To make it smoke right, you need to fill the bed up with these. Why else have a truck?
