Thanks for any suggestions.
I only have 2000 miles and this started within the first 1000 miles.

Death Wobble

Mine has done the death wobble 4 times. I've found a road and turn with a set of bumps that causesit to happen every time. After the dealer replaces the steering stablizer, I'm going to see if it reacts any different. My wife was driving when it happened once. She looked over at me with her eyes wide open and said "WHAT DO I DO?" I told her to slow down till it stopped and it will be ok. I've owned a lot of trucks and cars and have never seen this kind of bahavior from a vehicle. I hope I can get this problem fixed. I pull a 7000# trailer and do not want it to do it while I'm pulling it.

Death Wobble

The dealer has replaced the steering stablizer and aligned the truck and I have not been able to reproduce the death wobble anymore. I hope it is fixed. Just wanted everyone to know what fixed the problem.

I not experiencing the death wobble on my 2003 QC long box 4X4, but would like to replace the stock shocks with an aftermarket set. I opted for the SPORT package when I ordered the truck. The suspension is completely stock except for the Firestone Air-Rite air bags on the rear axle. Does anyone know if there is a replacement shock available for stock height? The only shock I can find on the net is for a 2 inch leveling kit and wonder if that would be too long should I bottom out the stock suspension.

Death wobble.

I've been reading on another site guys having this problem...and it seems to be the stock steering stabilizer with the BFG 315's installed, with or without the 2 inch leveling kit, with or without aftermarket shocks.

From some research, Rancho and other suspension manf. recommend a dual-stabilizer setup anytime you go over a 33 inch tire to prevent the wobble. You can get the bolt-on kits anywhere from $89-$150.
