how much are head studs for our 3rd gens vs head bolts? $100-300 difference?any special head gasket to put in if i get it done? i dont sled pull but want a bulletproof engine..

The bullet proof thing is only as good as your pocket is deep. There are guys with a lot of money in their trucks that still smoke them. A lot of breaking a motor is what you do to it... you have to have your mods right...

I think that my studs were 625, but Lary might be able to get you a better deal than that.

Those prices are way too much, in western Canada, have been quoted from $400 to $500 out here. Since there is 36 head bolts in a S60, were getting screwed for the amount that is in this smaller engine.
