How much does the 48re Auto trans hold

Got it from the dealer by way of a tranny flush. It's not available to the public.
He also told me they never drop the pan and change the filter!!!!!!!!
I don't agree with that.

I am being told the 48RE has 2 filters? I'll have to go pick up a kit and find out. I know that the pan-drop and filter change at the dealer is about $100 MORE for the 48RE than the 47RE.
