What kind of "things" have happened since then?

At about 270,000 miles I lost my lift pump, shortly after that I lost my CP3, then my fuel rail high pressure relief valve. About 2 months later I lost my CP3 again then the rail relief valve again, 14,000 miles, out of warranty. A few weeks later I lost the rail valve again, at least it was under warranty this time. At 299,000 miles the truck was getting harder and harder to start, Dodge didn't want to change the injectors because they said they all tested to be firing. I finally went to an independent shop, got injectors from Cummins and the problem was solved. The truck starts and runs like a new one now. I just rolled over 309k and will put another 700 miles on it tomorrow. I think it will last at least another 200k before I have any other problems with it. I now know what to look for as far as fuel system problems go.

105,700 miles....no problems. I have been running the EZ on level 3 since around 70,000 with no issues. I tow a 5,000lb and a 12,000lb trailer for work and still didnt even have to replace the front disc pads til 80,000....rear ones are still in good shape.

Will turn over 50,000 this week. Truck has never let me down or stranded. It is my daily driver and currently my only vehicle. Had #6 injector replaced at about 9,000 miles under warranty. Had the breaks done all around a week ago. Everything else was mods and maintenance. Considering the number of boxes, downloaders, performance products, 30 or 40 hard dyno runs and over 150 hard runs at the track I am very happy with the truck's durability and performance. I have not broke anything yet.

I owe Michael at HotRodDiesels.com credit for the quality work he has done (TC/Trans, Turbo, Exhaust, FASS, gauges, etc). Just got back from a trip to Dallas and cruise set on 78mph and steady headwind, averaged 19mpg on the road. It would be 20+ easy if I could drive under 70mph.

Just turned over 30,000 miles. We've pulled our Sunnybrook 5th wheel over 12,000 with it. The 5th wheel loaded is approx. 13,000 pounds. No problems.

Dang, something must be wrong with me. I only have 18.5K miles on my 04.5, and I bought it over two years ago. But other than not putting many miles on it, it has caused me no problems.

Talking

My 2004 has 109,860 original brakes, second set of tires, the ujoints were replaced @ 97,000.
The only problem I have had is the right front brake caliper went bad at 35,000, replaced under warranty.
