Depends on how you treat them. Fully bombed it might not be too much, but normal use with only a 90 hp increase the sky is the limit. 300,000 miles minimum I'd say. With normal maintenance and some care, 500,000 to 1 mil.
When I worked for Fedex Express (I quit in March of 2009) some of the Freightliner delivery vans with 3rd Gen CTD engines had over 500,000 miles on them, all from daily stop and go driving, started and shut down 50-100 times a day. And they received far less routine/preventative maintenance than we give our Dodge CTD trucks.

319097 on mine. Ive put one injector in, rest are original. Haul rvs coast to coast with mine. Bought it with 28k on it in Mar. 2008. Uses very little oil. I change at 15k. Only use a quart or two between 10-15k miles. They are great engines.

I have a little over 90,000 on mine. Not a lot of miles but they are hard miles running 2 programmers, twin turbos and pulling 40,000 pounds. And a few sled pulls every year. Engine doesn't use any oil and I change the oil every 10K with a 5-40 synthetic
180 k on mine..
i bought it with 160k for 13k, no issues yet, knock on wood, but motorwise its bone stock..
Dads has 76K miles, not a wimper on it
