Horn problem

My buddies brand new 2004 has a horn problems. It starts blowing for no reason. Sometime for a few minutes, sometimes longer. He has disarmed his alarm, pushed his panic button but to no avail. The only way to stop it is to pull the fuse. The dealer said his cluster showed some error codes but replacing the cluster did not fix the problem. Now they are guessing at the problem. Anyone has a similar problem and found the solution for this. This is driving the poor guy nuts.

Sometimes it's best to start with the simplest solution. Have they checked for a bad horn relay?

Looks like I screwed up putting this posting in the Drive Train section. Moderator can you move this to the appropriate section? Sorry.
