Holset Turbo Question

I was curious if buying a reman holset turbo from the dealer was safe to do. The reason I ask this is because of the injector problems that so many have had when purchasing injectors at the dodge dealers. I just want to make sure before buying. Thanks!

Yeah, the turbo is a lot simpler than the injectors. Definitely don't hear about problems with them like you do with injectors.

That being said, a reman turbo at the dealer is going to cost you an arm and a leg, might want to consider going aftermarket or if you want to stay stock the Cummins dealer should be able to give you a much better deal.
