Question High Quality Carrier Bearing?

It looks like my truck is about to eat another carrier bearing. This one has lasted the longest since the original, but since 2012 I've been through three or four of them. I don't know what brand is on it now; it was put on back in Arizona by a driveline shop.

Now I'm traveling and in central Utah and I noticed the rubber is starting to tear... I have no idea how long it'll last, so I've started calling around to find a shop to replace it... 'course it's now late and everybody is closed.

My question is this -- does anybody know of a GOOD quality carrier bearing for these trucks? I went to NAPA's website and found one for $190 that "looks" pretty good -- the rubber appears very solid and thick unlike some of the others. Their cheaper ones have poor reviews.

I'd love to have a shop build me a one-piece driveshaft for this thing, but being a long-bed crew cab, it might be too long.

Just going by fading memory, I believe Inland Empire Drive Line Shops had a heavy duty carrier bearing. IIRC it was made of silicon. You might do some google searches and see what comes up.
