carrier bearing replacement ?

I was laying under my rig a while ago and noticed that the rubber around my carrier bearing on my rear driveshaft was getting wore out. I bought another carrier bearing and have tried to install but can't figure out how to get the old carrier bearing off. We have a shop press but it looks like the carrier bearing diameter is smaller than the diameter of the splines at the end of the shaft. As far as I can figure i would have to cut the driveshaft apart to put the new bearing on. I do not plan on doing this though and have to think there is something i am missing here. Anyone with any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, ONETWOPUNCH

there is a colar on the bearing that comes off first and then it should just press off with no problem.
