hesitation at first

Hasnt been doing it, but seems like if i let it idle anytime at all, when i first mash the gs it hesitates and then picks up. Any ideals?

Mine does the same thing sometimes. Seems like it does it in alot of stop and go traffic or after a long idle, when it does do it. Then it won't do it for a week.

Was told it could be the APPS sensor, but most who report having that problem have dead pedal all the time.

i'm experiencing the same thing... noticed it when I bought the truck, put a fuel filter in, thought it went away, happens once every several months, just happened again today. idling in traffic, it will lope up 25-50 rpm every 20-30 seconds, sometimes a little black puff, sometimes not.
but i put a ff in just two months ago... anyone have any idea? i'm curious
