Help, Is My 03 Lift Pump Going Out?

I 2nd the fuel vent repair. Just do search for it on here and theres even pics if im not mistaken. But, you still have to get all that water and crap out of the tank.

Running it low and checking the tank if you can. if not, run it low and then add fresh diesel. For additives I always use Lucas fuel treatment (NAPA). Its preference though.
