HELP!? leaking coolant from bolts on the head

Hello looking for help identifying these bolts here with coolant seeping up from the threads... I am thinking that maybe they are head bolts and it might be time to replace the bolts and head gasket?? Any input would be great! THANKS

Somehow doubt if it is a gasket problem. From those photos it looks like you have a leaky plug for the coolant. I would start by removing those two plugs in the photos, clean up the threads, use some teflon tape and reinstall. Hose down the wet area. A 10 minute job. Top up the coolant and let us know the result. Bet that the problem plug is the front one.

Those are what I know as bleeder plugs to remove air from the coolant after flushing or refilling.

Looks to me like it's leaking from the threaded coolant plugs in your head. I would pull them out and use some teflon sealant of your choice and reinstall them.
