Help IDing Hose lock/clip

I was looking at my fuel filter tonight because I am going to change it and saw a hose for the water/fuel to drain through running to somewhere under the truck when I looked in the wheel well to try and see where it went I found a clip sitting on the bracket for the shock and spring. Before I got the truck (used with 25,000 miles on it) I asked that the transmission be flushed. I was wondering if anyone recognizes this clip as one for a transmission line? fuel line?, power steering line?, AC line?, Or any other type of line.

Thanks in advance

Jeff

That is a serious clip. Heavy cad plating, knotches for easy snapping, and meant to stay in place.

I have not seen it on the truck anywhere.

Bump.

I emailed the pics to the dealer who did the transmission flush and it goes on the trans line to the cooler. It is now back on .

Thanks
