Help!!!

Hi everyone, need help with thread size/frost plug??? I am replacing all my coolant lines with ss braided hose and AN fittings, wondering about the lower coolant line that enters the block underneath the block heater and in front of the waste gate. The stock fitting has a very coarse thread that is approx. 1/4" in size, I need to know if that is a frost plug or a bushing??? If it is a bushing, does anyone know that thread size? I need to end up with female 1/2" Npt for my AN fittings. Already twisted off stock fitting trying to break bushing/plug. Have to head back to work in a few days, so my time is running out and need truck on the road. Any thoughts or ideas greatly appreciated. Cheers.

Got it figured.

Thanks, figured it out, found an old thread about a coolant bypass kit and it had all the answers, regarding thread sizes.
