Hard to start, ruff idle when cold?

Hard to start, ruff idle when cold?
Just started doing it.
Hard to start after a cold night. 3-400 variance in rpm untill it is good and warmed up and its not the heater.
Any ideas?

Plug her in at night and see if she does it in the AM. My truck did this over the summer months when it was too warm for the grid heater to cycle completely. Now that it is getting into the 40's and lower at night, my truck has stopped doing this!!! Just my .02 cents!!
