h2 wheels, Center Caps?

h2 wheels, Center Caps?

For you guys that have done the h2 conversion, what do you do with the center cap. I know i can cut a half inch off the center cap and get that to fit but just wanted some input from others.
Oh yea. I will post some pics i powder coated my h2 wheels black. truck looks meeeeeean

I used the stock center caps. Take 3/4 of an inch off them and grind down the outside of the metal clips.

Correct. Just don't grind too much off the metal clips or they won't slide over the lugnuts. I ended up having to buy an extra set of caps because I went too far on my first two....

Add second set of lug nuts over first set and stock caps snap right on no mods

For crying out loud. How simple was that to come up with after hundreds of us have butchered up our caps???!!! Do the caps sit pretty tight up against the rim?

Brains my son Brains LOL 1/16in or so locked on tight and looks pretty good been on for bout 25000mi. cant wait to here about the additional unsprung weight tho Actually came up with it cause I wanted to be able to swap stockers back on

My studs didnt have lotta extra tread so dont reef 2nd set too tight just barely snug um down
