Just finished up installation of my bulletproof tranny. Couple bumps and bruises, but its in there!
I still cannot believe the level of customer service I received from Dave. If anyone is considering going with the competition, think again. I kept that poor guy on the phone until 11 and he was happy to do it. Turns out Im a complete idiot and I had the transfer case in neutral
, but I'd like to see someone get that level of service from the other guys. Not gonna happen. That guy is a class act all the way.
Its like having a brand new truck, and Im surprised how much more power is actually getting to the ground without a slipping tc.
THANK YOU GOEREND.

too bad most other companies dont even have half this level of customer service.
I agree 100 %!!!! Dave is an awesome guy. My buddy installed his own valve body and had done something wrong with the accumulator piston and Dave called him 3 times that day with ideas on what could be wrong as at that time he didn't know the accumulator piston was broken. Definately a super stand up guy with as much if not more knowledge about Dodge trannys and converters than ANYONE out there. If anyone ever goes to his shop in Iowa and talks to him you'll see what I mean. My buddy and I got a 4 hour lesson on the in's and outs of how everything works and what is done to change shift points and firmness and how stators, turbines, and tripple disc lockup works with a hands on explanation from Dave himself walking us thru the shop. They dyno every tranny and valve body they build to ensure it works as requested (or recommended).
OK, Ive got a question. When I talked to Dave last night he mentioned that when the gas pedal is all the way to the floor the lever on top of the gear selection lever (on the tranny itself) should be all the way back and that would increase my line pressure. When I stomp on it now, it doesn't seem like it wants to down shift. So I crawled under it and had the ol lady press all the way down on the pedal. That lever only went about half way back, so...
One, how do I go about adjusting that lever, and two, would that be the solution to the problem I am experiencing? I would call Dave up and ask him, but he's unavailable today.
