Fuel Sample Tests - ULSD - No Lubricants?

I wonder if anyone here has sent in their fuel to get tested. I am VERY curious to see if the new ULSD is lacking lubricants in some areas. From what I heard and read, I believe the answer is YES.
The only way to truly know is to send in a fuel sample...
