Last week took my truck to dealer close to were i work for rough idle, they said 2 plugged injectors werent gonna cover it under warranty (maganaflow exhaust) took to another dealer and they diagnosed as fuel pressure valve any one know were that part would be or what it has to do with idle?

 

pressure releif valve is at the back side of the fuel rail. relieves pressure when spiked. had a buddies pop and it would hardly run. replaced it and good to go. they don't seal very well when the valve resets and leaks pressure past.

 

Exhaust has nothing to with plugged injectors.

Seem to run better after they changed the valve??

 

they still havnt gotten the part in still waiting just didnt understand why that would cause a rough idle but it runs great or either I just dont now any better its idled like this since i bought it
