Now that I have found a station that carries Low Sulfer Diesel (500PPM) I have run a tank or two of it. My observations are the following,

1. Increase in MPG of 1.9

2. Truck seems quieter

3. EGT's are running about 100 degrees cooler

4. Turbo cool down time is about 30% quicker.

GOing to fill with ULSD next time to see if my results go to where they were before. Just FYI in case you can find it in oyur area...

 

all the stations around here are on ULSD.....is off-road diesel still LSD or did that change too?

 

offroads a big nono plus i believe its ulsd or so my supplier is telling me
