Fuel in motor oil
Fuel in motor oil
I am having oil coming out of the overflow on the motor. I read someone said they had the same problem and it was an injector and the problem happened while they were driving. My problem happens after I park it for a few days after working all week. It is a 2500 2004.
Is the oil level overfilled? It's normal to have some oil come out the overflow and leave a splotch or 2. If the oil level is not changing, have an oil analysis done to see how much fuel is in the oil.
Blackstone for the oil analysis. What do you mean by got bad? If you have an increase of oil you may have a cracked injector body, loose cross over tube, or a seal leaking on the CP3 injection pump.

Start the engine and turn your oil fill cap upside down on the fill hole....if it blows off then you're losing compression from the rings which will cause you to have oil come back up through the top end and out the vent tube. Just a thought.
