Fuel Heater?
It is really getting cold down here and it got me thinking.I know that the fuel filter housing has a fuel heater in it.I do not treat the fuel unless I go up North but around here It usually does'nt stay this cold. But just in case at what temp is this fuel heater good for? What temp do you guys suggest I treat the fuel?
Tonight its supposed to dip to 17 and then get back to normal temps. Thanks for any info!

I don't think you need to worry about it as long as you are getting fuel from a good source. I use the Moble next to the highway it is a busy place. The stations are to put the approprate additives for winter. What my dealer told me was if Dodge felt additives were needed they would be broadcasting it. I have not put any additives in mine for over a year and a half. I say relax and enjoy.
The fuel heater is on at any temp below 40degF - Winter blend fuel is treated to ~-40degF, so you're good at only 17degF
BTW: it's sunny and high 40's here, a far cry from the 60's earlier this week...............
