you mean out of the waterjacket area? or just when changing oil out of the oil pan...
I suspect the later...
I would suspect injectors first off but there's thru-fittings in the head that could be the culpret too although unlikely. A crack in an internal injector line going from the feedthru to the injector could be to blame as well. In essence, any where fuel is present that a leak would allow it to go into the oil, is a potential spot to look at.

Suspect injectors letting fuel in all the time? Any one else had this problem?
