Front Wheel bearing

I have a bearing on the way out and was going to do the EMS hub conversion but they are backed up till febuary. They suggested I put in a used unit to get me by. What is the Dodge part # for this bearing? Has anybody done the conversion and want to part with their old hub? Any help would be great. A new SKF bearing up here is $335. With the improvement in milage and two bearings the EMS kit would be a good fit.

I phoned a dealer here in Canada and they haven't returned my call. They had to look into it. My dad has an '03 as well as my brother in law so having a spare bearing and hub around would be ok or I could sell it again to someone after I do the hub conversion.

I have herd,,,,, solid axle hub kits are no longer. EMS has parts made all over the world so they might be waiting for parts from???? Dynatrac makes their kits here in the USA in So Cal. About 45 min from my house. Guess witch kit I want to get. Talked to them this week, the kits are available now. Yes they cost more than EMS but I can drive to where they are made and they are top quality.

yeah, as far as I’ve heard, the EMS kits are made in Australia. the solid axle still lists them on their site, i wonder when i was last updated. from what i've heard about the Dynatrac kits, is that they us proprietary parts...so if something fails, you have get it from them. which sucks if you on the road somewhere. the other kits from what I’ve been told use over the counter parts. but i haven't seen each kit in person to be able to verify. but i will be getting the heavy duty ball joints from Dynatrac in march.

The only thing that would fail would be a wheel bearing and I'm pretty sure they use off the shelf bearings. The whole point of these kits are being able to easily replace your bearings.
