front end hunting
Last month I had a case of the DW!
I knew the tires were on thier last leg so I threw down $1300 on a new set of Terra Grapplers G2. 285/75-17.
Now at highway speed ( 55- 75) the front end seems to constantly change direction or hunt or wonder.
I lowered the air pressure down from 70psi to 50psi in the front, 60 in the rear. Seemed to help some but I was worn out after a 400 mile trip.
I got 150K on the clock, all orignal parts, no lift, stock wheels.
Any suggestion?

Yes, something is loose(worn out). You need to get under the truck and put a jack under the spring. First on one side and then the other. Then rock the wheel up and down and left and right and look for something causing play. This is easier to do with two people, one doing the jerking and the other doing the looking. If you haven't changed out any steering parts at 150k, you're going to find lots of parts are worn out and loose.

Well.... All 4 ball joints are rattling. I'd say 1/8" or better on each one.
Shocks, stablizer and tie rods seem ok tho.
Who make the best replacement parts?
I was thinking of using Moog.

I dont care for moog. I put them on my 96 when I had it and after about 2000 miles it was like I had never replaced them. I was right back where I started. I have XRF on my 05 and I like them. They are greasable too.
