Front bearing hub
Only 3 years old it might be a dealer only part. On my 98 I couldn't find the front hub seals. [after 3 or 4 years]A friend @ a machine shop put a micrometer on it & tried to cross reference it, called his buddy's @ part stores but couldn't come up with anything. Dodge didn't sell the seal by itself I ending up buying the whole hub/rotor assembly for around $450.00 for a $8.00 seal. The seal I took out didn't have any numbers on it only a bunch of XXXXXXXX. They told me it took 3/4 years before parts went to after market part store's. GOOD LUCK
I checked at the dealer and with the discount they sell for $500.00 plus here. I haven't looked for any after market yet as I am not sure that is the problem. I just started to get a vibration from the truck. The Ujoints all look good I may have to remove the driveshafts to check them for binding.
The vibration comes and gos and if I play with the throttle I can get it to stop for a little while
Thanks

oh man i had the same problem w/ my 99 ford in 04 and they also had no after market makers even the bearings had timkin numbers but noone could match it up you know its a long shot but you might try an axel/spring shop or i would try LKQ its a national wraking yard chain type place but there is no yard! lol they totaly disasembel there stuff and store parts tagged in bins all late model stuff .......last time i was cause some a..hole had knocked my mirror of my superduky! lol and i went there cause they were way cheaper ....anyways while i was there they had a 04 viper in there w/ 65 miles on it some one had stole from the lot, joy rode from the cops and rolled it and they were strippin it and loggin it .....they are real honest about miles on the parts. i give it my "good place" stamp thats really something for a wreckin yard!..lol
I believe www.dodgeparts.com has them for less then $300.00.

I have the same problem as Shepherd. I know my tires are a little chopped up but rotating them didn't make much difference. When the vibration is at its worst it almost dissappears when I let off the throttle and comes right back when I step on it again even if not under load and sometimes turning will get the vibration to start. Does this mean my front bearings are shot? There was a little bit of play when grabbing the top and bottom of the tire and shaking it but not much. I just hit 71,500 miles would this have been covered under the 7/70? If so anyone have any luck when only 1500 miles out of warranty? Thanks- Bill
I also have a little play like yours I went for a drive today and almost no noise
I could feel something as I was rolling to a stop at about 10 miles an hour.I think I will pull the front drive shaft and check to see if the Ujoints are binding
I also checked the tires but they are not cupped. I have 154.000 KLM on my truck

Comes with ABS sensor, lug studs. I had to reuse my old ABS sensor since the new ABS sensor harness has a different plug than mine
When I get some time I will take the new harness connector and replace it with the old harness connector.
What's LKQ?
It's an online wrecking yard that deals in mostly late model used parts. But the price you got is hard to beat if I find that I nead one I will get it from where you got yours. Getting it here is the hard part
Well I finally got around to figuring out my problem and this ones going to hurt. I have a bad u-joint on the right side of the front axle. Not to expensive to fix but here lies my troubles the upper and lower ball joint have some play in them my front bearings have some play in them and my brakes have 72,500 miles on them so they are just about done for as well. Aside from the u-joint nothing is worn real bad but I am a firm believer in fixing everything at once while it's apart. Just parts are going to run me about $1300 bucks and the best part is once it's all done my tires are shot as well as the stupid defrost door. So I figure I'm out about $2800 big ones. There goes my tax return but what can one do. My buddy with an F-350 and 88,000 miles is going for his second set of everything so I guess it could be worse.

I found my noise it is also the front ball joints the right side is the worst. I have a 150.000 KLM on mine so I guess they have lasted pretty good
You can get all 4 ball joints from Quad4x4.com for $200.00 check them out they have a complete kit for the 03s
I checked with NAPA here and they want $150.00 for one
Quad 4x4 also has the ujoints for the front axels at a good price.
