Yeah Ive Got A 03 Cummins With The Bully Dog Pmt I Just Recently Put In There An I Was Hualing My Tractor With It On Tow An Shifting From 2 To 3 The Turbo Made A Fluttering An I Couldnt Tell Weather It Was Back Lash Or What Any body Had That Problem Or know what it is

Turbo bark? Sounds like a woohsing sound, kind of stuttering right when it shifts? Can be bad for the turbo... try letting off a little at the shift points. I noticed mine doing it bad when I was towing with my new tranny. You just have to adjust your driving styles a little.
