I am going to do the injector job for the first time.

I have looked at some write ups and advice about the job. Any more advice couldn't hurt! Pointers to good write-ups would be great, the one I saw that was the most complete was for an older motor, but I don't think the basics have changed, have they? I ordered the shop manual CD, do I need to wait for it?

When you move the intake air-box to make room to get the fuel feed lines out is the gasket reusable or do I need to replace it? It sure would be easier if this step was not required but I sure don't see how you could do it with out moving it.

What is the deal with sending the injectors to F1? I see that PERFORMANCE DIESEL WAREHOUSE is probable my closest dealer, will they install new nozzles and test my injectors? Actually I see they have a core charge, that would be great to exchange mine for some that worked well.
