I just turned 998miles on the odo. This is actually the second tank of diesel (the first being the dealer fillup). I went 442 miles and filled, to the rim, 31.087 gals at $2.509 (ouch) for average of 14.218 mpg. This was almost entirely city driving (sucks). Maybe 10%hwy. I'm actually happy with this. My gasser f250 or Ram1500 of the past would be very luck to get double digit mileage with that kind of driving...... Now about those diesel prices...

 

F250 gassers arent worth putting gas into. You made a good choice!

 

I get to put my first tank of fuel in tomorrow... just rolled over 500 miles on the ticker

I'll fill it to the brim and calculate my milage from now on. I doubt the dealer filled it 100% so I know any calculation now wouldn't be accurate
