I was told by a mfr on this site that most trucks see around 8-10 psi at idle. That's what I made with my 03 which had the external LP. The new truck, of course, has the in-tank pump and I just assumed it was better than the other type. My guage has been spot on compared to other trucks with similar mods so I'm inclined to think it's accurate.

I'm not sure about the BullyDog question....
