FCA o-ring sizes

Anyone just happen to know the sizes for the o-rings on the FCA?

I check my FCA a few weeks ago and now it's leaking pretty bad.

Thanks

I dunno, but I can give you the one off my old one if you like... I have a perfectly good FCA sitting in the shed with no where to go...

Madhat,

Thanks for the offer. I just need the measurements (thickness and OD in mm).
I'll pickup some viton o-rings locally.

FYI.

I had a heck of a time finding one of the o-rings. The smaller one is a 2mm x 9mm and is pretty common. The other is a 2mm x 11.5mm. After going through many kits I found one that's pretty close in size to the original. It's in a A/C compatible kit and the size I believe was a 3mm x 10.5mm.

Hopefully this will stop the leaking FCA. Already noticed the truck doesn't smoke as much like before.

Don't know if cleaning the FCA will solve the rough idle. If you remove the FCA make sure to have new o-rings on hand. I nicked one of the originals when installing and it leaked pretty bad with lots of white smoke from the exhaust.

Anyway, the screws are T25.

You can get the FCA from Cummins Southern Plains over on the North Loop.
Or you can order one from Hoeslidiesel.com

If you replace the FCA, go with an aftermarket one, they are not too bad $$ wise, and you'll get the extra performace...
