Exhuats maniofold gasket change

Im haveing a major leak on the firewall end of my manifold it has a broken bolt so i know ill need to pull that one, But is it diffuclt or time consuming to replace them? it's geting so bad just turning the heater on blows it into the cab, Also im getting conflicted info on another thing Some say I have leaky injectors but other things ive read say it could be the TPS in neutral if i hit the trottle it just revs up to 2500 and stays there but when on the highway it shutters and jerks around if im coasting, I did a 1/4 and 0-60 test with the edge chip installed and the numbers look good, Would it be worth it to try and just replace the nozzles or do I need all new injectors? and any recommendations on injectors/nozzles to use? Thanks in advancede.

First of all, the rail hang and shutter/jerking are 2 different issues. Fill out your signature so we can see what you have. Is that an Edge Juice with Attitude or Edge pressure box.

As far as the manifold, If you have a broken manifold bolt it is going to be fun getting it out. You will also have a warped manifold which will need to be machined back flat or you will not correct the exhaust leak. Done too many of these to think of. I would fix the exhaust leak first, and then go from there.

Well it's confirmed it was the injectors, Just replaced them today and holy cow i never realised how hard this thing could pull I reinstalled the edge chip and on level 5 this thing is insane. Now I just need to replace the valve cover gasket and a bolt for the valve cover none of the parts store here carry them so ill have to order it from cummins.

The Edge is hard on the Injectors so keep that in mind when you run it hard.

What controller would you recommend? I know the edge is a pos but it came with the truck so Im using it for now but plan on replacing it with something better, Also is there a web site I can order stock rocker arms? havent been able to find anything yet, I do have a cummins dealer locally I planned on asking them if they have them on monday.

FYI on the manifold, you're probably going to need to buy a new one.. My mechanic showed me the issue with ours, is that they're a long one piece design and the heat / cool cycles will cause them to expand/shrink lengthwise so much they snap the bolts and eventually shrink. Crazy..
